Happy to have this water purifier after the fires in Los Angeles. I am taking the safety of our water very seriously. I also feel good and safe to give it to my senior animals that all suffer with kidney disease-- less toxins for their body to process.
The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because if you let the water sit in the reservoir for even a handful of hours it will leak. There's been a couple times I haven't removed & emptied it soon enough and I find my kitchen counters flooded.
Overall, I am very happy with the item in terms of both function and sleek fashion.
I am very pleased with my purchase. The water tastes great, and the system is really simple to use. I had an issue with the water not draining from the tank, and the service department was timely and helpful.

So far I’m really happy with the Sans water purifier. My only complaint is I wish it were bigger. As a result I have four water pitchers so I can keep cold water at the ready for me, my husband, and my cats and dog.
Living in an apartment made it impossible to ad a water filtration system. The Sans Water Purifier is the perfect answer to purified drinking water and not using plastic bottled water. Very happy with this product.
