Makes a huge difference in the water taste ( for the better). Previously I had a hard time drinking plain water, now it tastes better that I want to drink it. I also feel safer knowing all the bad particles water can potentially contain. I would also like to praise the customer service department. I had a issue with the machine and emailed customer service. They were very patient with me, responded fast- like same day fast, showed step by step ways to try to fix the issue, and were nothing but very professional and helped us with the issue (much faster than I anticipated). I would leave 10 stars if I could.
this purifier is fitting perfectly into our household; after some clarification from the company we could not be happier; however, there is a U-tube on line by another party who does not represent this product correctly; once your filters are broken in with 4 water changes, there is not much water that is tossed when the time to "fill" is shown on the top of the machine. And it is important to let everyone know, we needed a little clarification and the company was very quick to respond within the same day.

Had my water filter almost a year. Water never tasted better. Our water was so bad I wouldn't let my dogs drink it. Was spending $120 a month on bottled water. Since I received my Sans water filter I get good clean water and we are saving $$$$. It has been a good investment for my family and our health. It fits nicely next to our coffee pot on our kitchen counter. By the way the coffee never tasted better also.

My SANS water purifier stopped working. After troubleshooting with the company it was determined that the unit should be replaced. A new water purifier was immediately sent to me. I am very happy with my reverse osmosis unit and with the outstanding customer service from SANS.
So much easier than buying bottles. My water tastes great!
