We love our Sans!

The glass pitcher that comes with the system is awesome. Ditching plastic as much as possible. The pitcher isn’t huge so it definitely makes keeping cold water on hand easier with an extra pitcher. The magnetic autofill floater on the lid is really helpful. Just note it needs to be positioned on the side of the pitcher that faces the machine during a fill or you will have an overflow. Learned the hard way.

Everyone loves very clean water, did not need any advertisement in my house - once set up everyone switched to drinking Sans filtered water after the first cup.

Easy to use, practically no noise, hot water function very good and we stopped using the kettle.

I feel it’s a good purchase. The water tastes very different than my Brita and Samsung refrigerator. All my family members started drinking water from the Sans. Only issue I have is that along with waste water after purifying some water is wasted below minimum line. For now I am okay because instead of throwing the water I use it for my plants. My recommendation is to have the minimum line should be almost at the bottom so less water will be wasted

I love my new water Purifier. So easy to use!!

The unit leaked all the water multiple times when as it processed. I couldn't figured it out BUT wanted it to be successful. I checked and saw the tops of the Filters were loose and tightened them and now they're secure. SUCCESS it's working and the additional pitcher really helps
